I haven't finished my numbers but mine lean more toward 50- 60 cent per share and I don't see a loss in the picture. Their expenses should not increase significantly, because they are already incurring interest expense and I believe once POD 2 construction starts the interest can be capitilized. These guys will error on the side of caution but I think they are sandbagging a little too much.
