Hi Digger.

With $100Mln Debentures Offerings CLL issue a 20Mln common shares which were reported as of last financial report under outstanding Diluted .

If conversion will take place these shares will automatically be reported as Outstanding Basic . 10% dilution to cash flow or ernings per share.

About Refinery making money? Remember MRC does not refine CLL oil. They have to purchese more expensive oil on the market for refining.

Oil prices are rising faster then gasoline prices effecting the margins.
