Thank you for posting the link regarding regulatory failure. Finally, I was able to repair my audio and listen to the linked conversation.

What a sweeping indictment of elements of the Canadian Securities Industry and its regulatory authorities. To a lesser degree also, the US regulatory authorities. It certainly lends credence to some of the issues that many here have noted.

Though I am aware that some voices may feel this post belongs in the "off topic" portion of the Agora Board, (where it would tend to get lost) my feeling is that there is no matter more critical and therefore elgible for the widest possible hearing, than this issue, as it goes directly to the issue of the efficacy and integrity of the market we all are invested in.
