Good question.

Problem is the market, and the locals it seems. are willing to accept any imaginable rosy scenario, if you haven't proven anything, but subject you to a microscope if you are exe cuting a plan with growing production and proven assets.

Hence CLL is a gamble but BQI and PBG are w orth their generous market caps.
