Got it spiderman8, thanks.---IMO, even though I wasn't happy with the percentage numbers, the financial stability was important with all that was happening with the prime time mortgages.---Most companies that require financing are having great difficulty in finding firms that are willing to risk loans, which might continue for some time to come. So in retrospect, I think it was prudent of CLL to look ahead, and cover the cost of Algar, even though the cost of borrowing was that high.---CHEERS!!!
