Great Divide Amalgamation

Just visited the CLL web site and I noticed a PR stating that Great Divide Oil Corporation has been amalgamated into CLL. I'm not sure what all this means but if you look at page 9 of the notice there is a schedule that gets incorporated into CLL. It discusses the issuance of Preferred shares.............hummmmmmmmm now what is Dick up to?
