Algar approval if we get it is good news but in fact it will take more then a year after start construction we will see some extra earnings .

Meanwhile with current bad market conditions it will be hard to start a decent uptrend in the stock.

However most stocks have reached attractive levels so only thing we can hope is we see a technical rebound.Our own index here has lost almost 30 % so in fact a crash situation.
