I picked up a few more shares over the past couple of days also based on the appearance of the MACD. I haven't had time to really research what it means, but the difference between the recent high and low historically seems to have been about the same, and therefore it appears to me that maybe we've bottomed. I have my fingers crossed.

I was surprised at the comments that DG mentioned people had been telephoning in to the permit approval group during the GD project for information on the project status. That seems pretty over-the-top to me. You have to believe Connacher's doing everything they can. Behavior like that could get your application accidentally slid to the bottom of the pile IMO.
