Connacher adopted a "shareholder rights" plan, other wise known as a "poison pill" by virtue of vote of the vote of shareholders as I recall, two years ago. It was dealt with by approval vote of the shareholders and acknowledged at the annual share holders meeting. You could likely get a copy of such by communicating with the Company and as a share holder, requesting such. It may also exist in the company online archives.
