Second quarter was very good, earnings may be lower than expected but costs were also higher. I'm very happy with production levels, considering they shut down for a little maintenance and I don't think they got the 15th well going.

Look DG has always said they're shooting for max capacity late 2008. He's also said they aren't going to push it what with new equipement and all. The plan has always been do it right, go slow, fine tune the wells and slowly ramp up as the equipement potential is discovered.. Imagine if he went balls to the walls right out of the gate , busted the equipement and had to shut down for repairs for a prolongued period of time..

SP is not exactly what I was hoping for but considering the current market, summer months and other distractions it's acceptable.
