DG can talk all he wants, Algar approval is out of his hands, it is just a time thing. He won't know until it is given. Production should be his baby with what he has now. He is losing all his safety valves. PDP, high oil and NG prices, refinery margins all of these are slipping. He has to produce more with what he has, until then SP will be in $3.50 to $3.95 range.
