Yes sp is driven by lots of things specially oil price and a lack of good news from CLL.There is potential for a higher sp if things go ahead like planned but latest months haven't show not much.
I hope he was right that we will have Algar around October and hoping maybe sooner + the production is over the 8.000 with the new assessments.

Yes a 100 oil price would not be bad and I think it's possible we stay above that level .I read a latest article there is a sense that oil will hovering between 100 to 120 in next times to come. In fact would be a good case for consumers if the climbing is over.Central banks are looking to inflation and if this will drop some more they can lower rates .
I guess the US will recover sooner then Europe.
