As much as I hate to say it, it is my belief still that we are in a positon where the choices are between major economic failure or continuing expansionist monetary policy. So far, I have not seen evidence that the monetary authorites have the discipline to risk economic collapse. Thus, they will continue to inflate their economies which will be positive for all "hard" assets. Of which oil is one. This should benefit all natural resources including oil and therefore, ultimately Connacher. If I am right, this will not be pretty in the long term for the overall economies of the western world unless we join the resource evolution. Canada being significantly a resource driven economy should benefit under such a scenario. That is why I am here
