From the BQI board on why the BQI SP drop:

Please see below todays quarterly filing with the SEC. It would appear BQI needs $100m to execute their business paln and raising money in these markets are difficult. The other alternative is to join with a yet unknown partner. Todays market hates risk (imho).

IMHO it makes our in place financing look much better.
