World oil consumption is 86,000.000 BBL/Day

US Consumption=25%= 21,500,000 BBL/Day

Lehmann has 5,000,000 BBL

If we assume total of 15,000,000,00 BBL from other private US stockpile sources total is 20,000,000 BBL

Question--What do we do on the second day?? Really sort of insignificant! Therefore, I doubt it.
