I haven't seen that email regarding legislation. I have only seen DG's comments about "it should be here soon". Sooner or later and it is proving to be later he will be right about this. I have liked most things about DG's leadership. The company is not levered in its ownership in the refinery, PDP, NG assets or conventional oil. The SP is being hammered just like everybody else. Last Friday it hit $3.73 briefly and touched $1.00 below that a couple of days later. It has the cash flow that some companies can only wish for. Algar approval may come soon, it may not, the sooner the better.
