Conventional 981/bbld = .014 per barrel

NG = zero as it will be used by sand:

Refinery: .041 per barrel

Total cash flow = .82 per year

Expenses:(in 000's)

Interest:66250 pr year

G&A: 13150

Stock Compensation: 6000

Depletion($9/bbl): 68985

Total Rev:173000

Total Expenses:154400

Profit: 18600

Shareholders Equity: 380000

ROI on $60 WTI about 5%.
