I disagree somewhat Brian. I suspect that the upgrades to MRC and the capacity at Algar are completely independent projects on a going-forward basis. I do agree that the concepts are tied together, but I think that each project is probably being pursued independently at the present, by different groups of people.

I concede that you may be correct, but I suspect they are independent. MRC could still utilize the extra capacity even if Algar doesn't get approved. Bitumen from Algar could still be sold elsewhere even if MRC isn't expanded.

But I do agree that this is very promising news.
