Hi Retired,

Harper needs some Ontario votes to get his majority.

His comments on Bitumen were political.

His party would not touch any oil development projects in Alberta.

Alberta is Conservative in every way.

The trust issue did surprise many people, but it may have been a Tax issue and Albertans are still doing well with many of their oil and gas related trusts.

In my mind a vote for any other party would note be a vote for Connacher or Alberta.
