You are correct in that CLL is allowed to produce 3,660,000 (leap year). I doubt very much the 12000-13000 is produceable. I would say the 15th well, if successful, may initially produce 200-400 bbl/d. The average now is about 675-700 bbl/d at 9750 total. If they hit 10,000 bbl/d that would be fine.
