This give me an idea.

Last month I bought nice flat screen LCD TV for $1000.

Since I am retired and have no money I ask my wife (the only shareholder I have) to pay for it. She is a Frick of the TV show "So, you think you can dance" so it did not take much to convince her.

Now, you now how it works. You get your TV and then you add the nice stand, HDTV receiver, fancy remote, some extra cable and so on.

My only shareholder (wife) said: I do not care about your extra toys. So, I had no choice and I paid extra $800 from my line of credit.

Tomorrow I am will call my bank and nicely explain to them that all was paid for by my shareholder and these extra improvements do not count. Hopefully they will buy my story.

If not I have to convince my only shareholder to pay the interest charges until the stock market and commodity improves and my cash flow can take care for my reckless spending.
