This is the Euribor rate which is the rate banks are lending between each other.This is from last 4 days and it's dropping.That's not bad and means some activity between banks is going on and increasing .Maybe small light in the dark.

For CLL a good sign would be if we see the oi price hold steady for some time .I read inventories were up more then expected but could this also be that people are waiting to buy heating oil etc. because they think price can drop more.If they would hear that for example the Opec will cut production this could stimulate for buying .
