CLL share price is holding remarkable well despite low oil price. We broke the resistance level at $1.7 when the oil spiked $2 on Bernake speech about 2:30pm.
As of Oct 28 Alberta Dil-Bit price dropped to $44 and Bitumen under the $35/bbl. (today may go up about $2 to $3).
According to latest numbers provided by CLL management CLL is selling their bitumen about $10 to $12 below the total cost.
We need the Algar to start to produce and sell the Bitumen to take care of the fixed cost (like financial charges, administration and marketing) and to generate the free cash flow.
The delay in Algar approval cost us millions of dollars.
