Good job indeed from management ,but reaction is low .

Was priced in the sp but could act as a support because finally we have the official approval.

Looking to their timeframe there is some minor delay but I guess most equipment is already build elswhere.

Just looked to oil price and we are near support again .Latest was at 60.Probably most companies will announce bad figures and probably will write off a great deal of their losses so they can start now with some better numbers.

Most important for CLL is bitumen price.If it could hold at current price next Q could be a liitle better in coming months if not that would be not so positive for sp.
