For CLL it's waiting until Algar is producing and in the meantime if we are lucky and oil price couuld finally found some support and goes a little up it could place a support on the CLL sp as well.If MRC could benefit from th eoil price drop it's also not bad either.

If future has some better times ahead and ecomomic picture will have some brighter view CLL can go back again in the older pattern during the construction period.But now at current point it's not the case.
