I'm guesseing that the only reason CLL isn't in the 70 cent range like BQI and UTS is because we've got the financing ( at what now is a great rate) to expand while others are cancelling projects..CLL will have good production when oil rebounds, AND IT WILL..

When gas prices drop so does the incentive to move away from alternative fuels for vehicles. The cycle continues and Oil will rise again.
