Another great move, swiftly executed by management. Timing is everything. Take the cash now with the present wide exchange rate between the USA and Canada. In a month or two the exchange rate will go the other way as the US dollar declines due to the trillions of dollars that the US is borrowing for their bail out. This will drive the US dollar down and it will be one of the reasons why the price of oil goes up.
