I see tomorrow is Thanksgiving in the US.Does that have an effect on Canadian markets ?Or these open tomorrow and Friday?

Slow reaction on CLL sp .TSX up and oil up almost 10 % since the drop below 50 and CLL still at 1 $.

Can someone figure out who's blocking the price.
