It is hard to understand Canadian political system especially for people with the European background like you and me.

It is hard to believe that one of the richest country in the world does not have the federal health care standard, federal education standard and so on.... including the Canadian Securities (trading) Low which has 13 regulators in each province and territories.

You have two separate taxation systems and one federal tax collection agency. It is a mess including the fact that the federal government was elected by 22% of eligible voters.

This is long story and 2Crude will kick us out in to the of topic forum if we continue on this subject.

Going back to the CLL, in my opinion it is nice to see the CLL projection (slide #6,7,8). Never the less it is more fiction then possible reality.

Like bbg said the Royalties tax will have major impact on these projections. If Saudi have their way ($75/bbl long term WTI oil as posted by oilbent) all projection will be readjusted. The slide show is just the PR introduction to CLL corporation. The financial reports will have the final say about past and the future.

IMO the resent cash injection will allowed CLL to survive this economic downturn.
