Could well be - certainly from the gov't standpoint, the cheaper fuel is the better the odds the consumer will start spending money.

That's the goal.Making all goods as cheap as they can to get the consumer buying again.In fact for those who have not lost their jobs their cost are coming down specially fuel and heating .Together with the rates lowered by the FED and the housing prices so low there are bargains to do.

Problem is ,can this turn the psycologic negative spiral?

CLL again sliding.I sold 1/3 of my stake at 0.93 and now bought again at .68.
