TSX Listing requirements

In light of the fact that we've been under $1 for some time now, is there any risk that the TSX could move to delist Connacher? What are the exact rulings? Or have those rules been temporarily put by the wayside in light of the fact that a significant portion of the index is probably under the requirement levels right now?
