. That was the case before and is one of the reasons I got into Connacher but it is not the case right now. If I had a surpklus of cash right now I certainly would not be speculating.
I think at current situation CLL is a speculative stock.As long as we haven't the certainty DG gives the go ahead it's a speculative buy at these moments more then it was before mid 2008 .All will depend how long bitumen price will stay below Dicks target..
