In 6 months when the oil delivery of this sold future contracts take place (over 20 millions barrels store in the tankers) the WTI cash prices may collapse.
Simply there will not be enough storage to handle excess of oil coming in to the market. The only party who will benefit from this operation will be the traders who sold the future contracts in January.
Sharky, I think everybody who invests in this stock market must use the technical analysis. This is essential tool to preserve the capital and make long term gains.
Simple fundamental analysis are not working anymore.
