Ok Will do .Now I'm gonna do my 10 km running and when I'm back home later will explain it .I have done it some time ago on this board.

Some charts and pics you can copy but not all like java charts etc.Therefore you need to take "a picture" with some tool like "screenshot capture" or something simular.

So now I'm gone .Till later on.
