2. Connacher owns about 13 million shares of Petrolifera Petroleum Ltd (PDP).

PDP has drilling rights to over 5.2 million acres in Peru and about 1.2 million acres in Columbia. Drilling should be started by early 2010. Positive drill results, as well as any increase in the price of oil by that time, should result in an increase in PDP's share price. The sale of PDP shares by Connacher could provide an additional source of funds sometime in the future.
