Hi Rebels
Yes he promissed a lot and that could maybe overshadow his carreer later in time.We have this event here about our prime minister who was very popular 2 years ago and had promissed so much .Now they had countered him from all sides and at this time his already gone. But never the less a man which could give people some kind of hope on a better future can support people in consuming again and seeing the future less dark then it's now.Believe me but even here on our media they are very possitive about his vissions.I agrre like Brian wrote too that he projects his achievements over many years but if we all think about this mess the banks are in and had put with them the whole econmydown it's quite a huge task to put things on track again.Has anyone ever thought aboiut the bank sector. These stupid CEO's idiots had blown away learly all the money they get from people on the stock market. Now their sp's are so low and governments all around the world must help them out of the trouble. But this creates more dillution for their value .Our top 3 banks are almost on their knees. This means also all the pension funds related to the stock market are damagged very hard so people who have now reached pension age are sitting on a big loss with their stock related funds. Will take time to get people at the same consumption level at it was before.
About the oil sands.I don't think Obama will refuse Canada's oil if he wants to reduce the abbillity of foreign oil.Can he get it out of the US all the energy he needs.Don't think so.Suppose he won't buy Canadian oil ,I guess Europe will because we haven't almost any resources for oil here exept some in the North Sea.Shipping cost in a negative .I still think CLL will survive .When we have the figures we could see how much MRC is contributing and maybe we have some clues for next Q's.Today a nice run up in oil.Fromm 33 to 42.
