Right on. We had the Poison pill discussion before.

Hostile take over would cost a bidder at list 2X $0.8(cll current SP)=$1.6/sh for share holders and $4 /sh for debt holders or more then $1.1 billion in total. Remember CLL is about $CND 800 million in debt.
