Ordinarily I would look at the following three moves and suspect a buyout was in the offing.

1.) Resolute Funds topping up their holding every month

2.) Consolidation happening in the oil sands.

3.) Insider buying.

If it wasn't for the Flip In I would be very scared right now as my average is way above todays SP.

Does anyone have the $/barrel of reserves Total have bid for UTS.
