looks like UTS is drawing a lot of attention price has already exceeded TOTAL's offer,I would not be surprised to see price reach to yearly Highs,as for CLL we will see some short term gain as speculators do some comparrison,but as I pointed out below UTS is a land deal while CLL is a proven Company whose assets will double in short term with a further doubling longterm.
