To Jurek and the many other long term members of this Board:

It is my opinion that 'Resolute' is a Professional Basher and manipulator, similar to those that have ruined the Stockhouse Board.

Resolute joined the Agoracom Board yesterday on January 31.

He immediately posted a "get friendly with the board members" post, using some terminology used by professional traders.

He followed it up with his second post yesterday. It was what I would call the "good feeling" post, using phrases again that professionals might use. This kind of post has the purpose of trying to gain credibility with the Agoracom Board members.

Today, one day later, his real purpose for being here becomes apparent in today's post.

Resolute uses all capitals, which is a common tactic used on the Stockhouse Board. He uses a lie to breed doubt about DG and infers that DG sold his shares purely for profit in October. (A news release of course, indicated that Dick was the victim of a margin call, which we all know about). Resolute also stated that DG has been poor at his job.

'Resolute' is certainly following the script of getting friendly with board members, gaining board members' confidence, and then trying to generate fear and doubt in board members to gain board members' support for whatever his ultimate goal might be. In the process, he is trying to undermine the integrity of management. This of course, could lead to uncertainty and perhaps even chaos on this Board before too long.

It is my opinion that with new members like Resolute, this Agoracom Connacher Board will quickly degenerate into a Board similar to the one that exists at Stockhouse where the Stockhouse board has become useless as an information source to well meaning Board members.

It would be my suggestion that serious consideration be given to removing Resolute from this Board and being on the lookout for other new members who might be trying to join us with a similar purpose.

Lastly, the fact that this person used 'Resolute' as his code name was probably a tactic to get everybody to carefully look at what he had to say.

So there you have it. I certainly don't feel very good about having this guy on the Board, nor should you.
