Hi Jurek great work. Thank you for getting the updated prices and analyzing the cash flow situation.

So if Connacher has positive operational cash flow at POD 1 with the bitumen price at $28.00 Cdn. in February, then the hedging contract for 2,500 boe/d per month at $46.00 US until August which Connacher just signed will be even better in terms of positive cash flow from here on, or has this been factored into the equation already?
