Just want to make a quick comment on this post ( just got back from work and it's Miller time) I'll go into it further tomorrow. In particular I'd like to address your following statement.

At list you are honestly admitted that you have no clue what the covenant entails or how it will effect CLL and you did not read yesterdays news release prior to e-mailing CLL .

I'm not sure whether I should be insulted or not. The fact that you went out of your way to highlight that statement may be construed by some as being a cheap shot. I sincerely hope that your intention wasn't to question neither my intelligence or credibility. FYI to be honest is an expression simalar to, let me be clear. I was merely stating a fact, I don't have a clue about the covenant or it's implications for CLL.

NOW JUREK before telling everyone that I've got no clue, I'd like to remind you that NEITHER DO YOU! Nobody on this board, including yourself, is privy to the legal details of the covenant, any current negotiations regarding this covenant, any other financing deals being made, nor any of the implications to CLL of any changes to the covenant.

Let me be perfectly clear here..NOBODY on this board, myself included , is privy to the confidential information required to make definative statements. All any of us can do is formulate oppinions based on available public information. THEY are oppinions only, to present oppinions as facts would be disingenuos on the part of the poster.
