Yes, that was my impression also after rewatching the interview. Not his best one.

He seemed nervous/upset at the fact that Alberta royalty was not shelved still...

On the point of consolidations - it is interesting to know if he was hinting that CLL was approached but he didnt want to sell at this time or was referring to UTS example...
