Partnerships come in many types depending on the partner.
No matter the relationship, the investment must be paid back in 10 years with no share dilution - each POD stands by itself and will be self-sufficient to cover the payback and interest or profit share.
For example, one partnership can be that the partner receives the greater of 7% interest (on their investment balance) or 20% of the net profits (the %ages can be adjusted to make economical sense to both parties).
Another type of partnership could be an end user who can buy the bitumen at reduced prices for a certain number of years as we paid down their investment.
Or we can partner with a company whereby we want a minimum annual royalty plus %age of net profits and they basically lease the POD from us.
These are a few types I was thinking about that would instantly provide cashflow and have CLL still be the owner of the land and reserves.
