Gee guys! I love a spirited debate as much as anyone. But, we also need to keep a perspective on things.
Dick Gusella has always been good at keeping the communication lines open and I appreciate this consideration. I am sure that he will continue to do so. ( Though I wish he would cease sticking bad news in the fourth sentence of the 15th paragraph of a twenty-three paragraph press release). My old eyes and addled brain start struggling and wandering somewhere after about the 7th paragraph of any missive!
It is my own personal opinion that there has as of late, been a tendency for some on this Board to be a tad too pessimistic as to the real situation. Perhaps we all need to refrain a bit from drawing definitive conclusions predicated on incomplete information and perhaps at times downright speculation.
That said, this remains in my experience, the best message board of any I have seen anywhere. Perhaps the occasional flare ups occur due to the fact that some have so much emotional investment in Connacher. While others have a tendency to face any potential problem whether defined or speculative in nature.
Sorry for the length of this message. But sometimes all of us need to take a step back so that we may see things from different perspectives, offering different possibilities. Please note. This missive took less than seven paragraphs. Did I tell you about encroaching senility?
