Crude Oil and CLL

Theorists and fundamentalists can project as they desire, I find solice in looking at charts and trends....

I understand why Algar is in hibernation, what I can't get my head around is why we're ramping up POD1 again. I've posted the March Crude Oil futures chart below and we've been declining since at least November.

Could anyone suggest any logical reason why we started "ramp up" when our commodity pricing is steadily declining (btw, we hit a new contract low yesterday).
