Well, that missive from the authorities certainly gave us all good motivation and cause to invest more of our assets in the oil sands. Not! On a positive note, it is good to see that Alberta Bureaucrats are as feckless as ours here in the States. Does anyone here get the impression the strategy is "delay and hope?
