The 2007 Dec 31st Financials explain the debt "pecking" order well (it seems the 2007 Notes have more detail than the 2008-Q3)

First Lien - Revolving LOC - $150M and $50M

Second Lien - Senior Notes - $600M U$

Convertible Debentures - Unsecured
