Not sure what is your conclusion.

Shall we shoot the messenger and ignore the massage because messenger is not credible (you have the valid point here)? Or shall we look at the message to see if there is something, which can effect the CLL future.

I think both reports (S&P and Moody) are in sync with what we have been discussing here few weeks ago, which is CLL inability to service their $880 million debt (about $4 per share) in this oil price environment.
