Retrospectively an addition to Pod 1 may well have been preferable to Algar. However, to know that, one would have had to know that Armageddon was going to strike the entirety of the worlds economies. Obviously, none of us did. Otherwise, we would have sold all stocks in June of 2007, or at least not later than June of 2008. As we did not, all that can be said, is that all of us are imperfect in our knowledge and therefor, our timing. Including some of the most knowledgeable, but now poorer investors in the world.

On the basis of all knowledge available at the time, Connacher went ahead with Algar. Likely, any of us would have made the same decision. All that can be said is that sometimes, regardless of the best planning, s**t happens!
